IN MY ARTICLE,
The Man Called Antichrist,
I wrote:
"There is a sense that he is
on the scene today and that it is our generation
that will see him in person...eyeball to eyeball."
The sense of his presence putting
in place the final pieces before he reveals himself
appears to be a no brainer. The whole world seems to
be energized with a sense of anticipation that a
major world changing global event is about to take
place. That much looked for event is the revealing
of the Antichrist who will offer solutions for the
world's economic woes.
There are two main events at work today that will
set the stage for the revealing of the Antichrist.
The one is the collapse of the U.S. Economy and the
second is the realignment of the nations into
economic unions.
The Collapse of the U.S. Economy
Since World War II the U.S. dollar has been the
world's primary reserve currency, meaning that the
rest of the world buys and sells according to the
value and strength of the U.S. dollar. As long as
the dollar remains a relevant currency, then the
world is not able to move toward a global economy.
The U.S. economy must collapse before the
Antichrist's economics is established and is
presently being moved toward this collapse. Already
the government is in a position of debt that it
cannot get out of; the Euro is now the dollar's
strongest competitor and will overtake the dollar;
the housing and financial crises are just another
wedge to prevent economic stability; our outsourcing
of jobs overseas transfers our manufacturing and
technological base out of America; and the move of
nations out of the U.S. dollar into the Euro will
eventually cripple the U.S. dollar. We have to look
at our economic situation and realize there are
serious troubles that many believe are impossible to
overcome. I agree and am convinced that the stage is
being set to usher in a cashless society when the
U.S. collapses.
Revelation 13:16-18 warns that the Antichrist will
establish an economic system throughout the entire
world that will require everyone to buy and sell
with a marknot cash. A cashless society, as we see
being established today, will be here soon. There is
no doubt that the collapse of the American economy
will usher in this "mark" system throughout all
nations. When the electronic/computerized system is
ready, the p lug will be pulled on the U.S. economy;
that day could happen any day now. We could wake up
one morning and find ourselves buying and selling in
a brand new way. When it will happen is now a matter
of a cold, hard, calculating decision when the
decision makers say, "It is time." What Americans don't realize is that this could all literally
happen at any moment. We could wake up one morning
and 'poof' life as we know it has drastically changed.
The Realignment of Nations
Even as the collapse of the U.S. economy is in
motion, so is the realigning of all nations into
economic unions. Presently the European Union,
African Union, Union of South American Nations, the
Pacific Union, Caribbean Community, Central Asian
Union, and the Asia Union have been formed. The
Mediterranean Union, South Asian Union, East Asian
Union, and the North American Union is now in the
process of becoming economic unions. Having only a
dozen or less economies to control is much easier
than having hundreds of varied economies. It has
been said that "Whoever controls the money, controls
the people." When the Antichrist establishes his
cashless global economy he will also have control
over governments and peoples.
Revelation 17:11-13 warns that the Antichrist will
establish ten kingdoms on the earth when he is in
power. There is no doubt that the economic unions
now being formed today will become the kingdoms that
will be given to the Antichrist's hand-picked chosen
kings. Having these realignments in place is also a
pre-requisite to the revealing of the Antichrist to
the world. Once ready, along with the infrastructure
for a cashless society, the plug will be pulled on
the U.S. economy and will disappear into the drain
of history. Those nations resistant to the unions
will not be able to trade with the majority of
nations who are part of a union. All nations will
eventually comply compelled by necessity.
What Do We Do?
There is no doubt in this author's mind that the
collapse of the U.S. dollar and the present economic
realignment of nations will pave the way for the
revealing of the Antichrist. Our question now is:
"What do we do?"
According to Daniel 11:32, 33 there are three things
we can do as we see these things happening:
1. Be strong. Many will see what is taking place on
the earth and will become fearful.
2. Do exploits. Many who understand what is
happening will take action to expose what is really
going on.
3. Instruct many. Those who understand are to
explain to others what is going on.
Final Thoughts
Truly these are dark days we are living in. The
darkness will become so great that the Gospel will
be banned and Christians killed; these days will
soon be here..it won't be long. It is crucial that
we share the good news that Jesus shared with us in
Mark 1:15: "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom
of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the
gospel."
In our twenty-first century sin and darkness is
great and embraces all aspects of our culture. It is
imperative that the light that remains shines
wherever it is. You are that light and as you shine
doing your good works, remember that no one will
ever know the one you're working for if you don't
tell themhow will they hear if there is not someone
to tell them? (Romans 10:14)
The Bible is clear that most peopleinside and
outside the denominationsdo not fear God, neither
put their trust in Him. You do not have to be part
of the most people. You can put your trust in Him
today and then go and tell everyone you know about
the God who created the world, died for their sins,
rose from the dead, and gave a marvelous hope to all
who will receive it. Time is short. Most people need
to hear the message that Jesus taught. Do your part
to help them to hear. Go and help return America to
God.
"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of
God is at hand:
repent ye, and believe the gospel."
Mark 1:15
